Pelvic floor Physiotherapy – this form of physiotherapy treatment aims at treating and improving pelvic floor function through modifications in lifestyle, pelvic floor specific exercises, education about the function of pelvic floor in bladder, bowel and sexual function. Specialised hands on treatment for the pelvic floor muscles helps to encourage optimum muscle control.
